Project Overview
This project comprises the full engineering design and construction supervision of a three-phase Multi User Facility (MUF) developed for Dubai World Central (DWC) within the Logistics District of Dubai South, UAE.
The development was conceived as a strategic logistics asset — delivering flexible, scalable, and efficiently planned warehousing facilities suitable for multiple tenants across diverse industry sectors. Each phase was engineered with a strong emphasis on modularity, structural adaptability, and operational efficiency, enabling multiple businesses to operate within a single integrated facility while retaining full flexibility for future expansion and reconfiguration.
Moduline Engineering provided end-to-end engineering services across all three phases, including structural design, MEP coordination, and authority approval management in line with Dubai South and DWC regulatory requirements.
